Pastor Picard has been serving the people of Trinity since 2002. Prior to coming to Knoxville, he served the people of Zion Lutheran Church in Alva, Oklahoma for the first five years of his ministry. Pastor Picard is a 1997 graduate of Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. He is supported by his wife, Stacy, and together they are blessed with five adult children. Pastor Picard is grateful for the long tenure and the depth of relationships he has been afforded with God’s people at Trinity.
Administrative Assistant & organist
Cindy Todd

In addition to serving as Trinity’s administrative assistant, Cindy Todd blesses the congregation with her skills as an accomplished organist and pianist. Cindy has accompanied worship services on the organ at Trinity for over 50 years and does a magnificent job leading the congregation. She has served as administrative assistant since 1986.
